New Impressions from the Otto Wulff Construction Site on Archenholdstraße

The scratch coat still needs to dry completely to achieve its final color – but even now, it’s clear that the building will look truly beautiful. The courtyard and the top-floor apartments already impress with their fantastic views and unique atmosphere.

The nesting and breeding boxes for birds and bats, which were planned as replacements, blend elegantly into the façade thanks to their color adaptation. In addition, the angled railing bars provide a bit of privacy toward the courtyard.

We are especially pleased that you can already get a good sense of how pleasantly proportioned the apartments are, even though the interiors have not yet been fully finished. A particularly delightful feature for future residents will be the generously designed balconies, offering enough space for a grill and table without feeling cramped.
